Because we take pride in the quality of our salon and spa services, we offer a customer service guarantee. If for any reason, a client is not satisfied with a service, we will be happy to schedule a new appointment, with our compliments.
Our salon team consists of licensed and skilled beauty experts and massage therapists. We also employ nail technicians who perform manicures and pedicures and hair experts who know how to style, color, and cut our residents’ hair, ensuring the weekly return of our satisfied customers.
In addition to providing an enhanced and neater appearance, salon services’ social aspects are beneficial as well. While hanging out with neighbors in a relaxed setting, new friendships open up. Of course, residents respond and relate to our salon team as well. As we train all of our employees for services in our center, they learn all about our interactive system. Also, our staff must display an understanding of Alzheimer’s and other related diseases before they care for any of our residents.
Mostly, salon and spa services are available by appointment. As such, residents are welcome to visit the salon and meet our staff. For those who would prefer to have an in-room visit, we can arrange that as well. We would love to meet you in person!
